This custom home was built to take full advantage of the beautiful views of the water. The way this home is positioned on the lot as well as the unique design of the home itself allow the homeowners to see the water from every room in their house. We were able to build their dream home on what many thought was an "unbuildable" lot...the unique design of the house enabled us to build it within the guidelines and setbacks of its locality.

This home was a total transformation. The original 1970's-built house was taken down to its foundations and we built the homeowners' dream home in its place. We were able to take full advantage of the waterfront views and give the homeowners many custom features like a special garage door for golf cart storage. Check out the custom features in the pictures, including the spectacular foyer- the wrought-iron spindles are a modern twist on the traditional staircase. Enjoy this showcase custom home!
